About Me
My name is Liz Boitano. I'm a licensed Home Inspector (Verispec Inspection Services) who likes to do projects when inspections are slow. My husband is tired of me doing projects on our house, so I got my residential General Contractors license to do them on yours ;-)

I've always been handy and enjoyed working on projects. I grew up helping my dad and uncle (who is a contractor) build things and do projects around the house. I finished the
Oregon Tradeswomen Pre-Apprenticeship program. Then got sucked into remodeling several houses for my family, before getting my real estate license. I did that for a few years, but I didn't really fit well in sales and then I became a Home Inspector, which I still enjoy a few years into it.

I prefer smaller jobs that can be done in a few days, as I fit them around my inspection schedule and my son's school events. So if you're looking for a full bathroom remodel or redoing the flooring in your entire house, I'm not the right fit for that. If you are flexible about when your project can be done that usually works out the best. I am good at communication and keeping you in the loop. I will check in with you if I have a cancellation and can come sooner than expected or if something has come up.​

I do a lot of work for people getting their houses ready to sell, since I still have realtor friends that send me clients that need help getting things shined up. Sometimes, it's just hours before my husband (real estate photographer) is coming to take pictures of the property, and then he gets to tease me about the contractor still being there doing work when he's supposed to be taking photos, lol.​
